We live in a stressful world, where overwhelm is almost inevitable. This low-grade, ongoing stress can have a subtle – and then less subtle – effect on how our minds and bodies function.
For nearly 3 decades, I have loved helping people recover from burnout and fatigue, and I am very aware that while mainstream medicine would like to help, it often has limited options to offer. At that point, a person may feel abandoned, hopeless, and further overwhelmed by realising they are left to work this out for themselves.
This is where The Natural Burnout & Fatigue Recovery Program comes in – bridging the gap between knowing something isn’t right, and not knowing where to start.
In this step-by-step program, I pour 26 years of clinical experience, alongside the research from hundreds of scientific studies that informed my two books on the subject, to support you in your recovery from home.
Having worked with fatigued patients for so long, I know that you need depth but simplicity, you want options but clear steps, and you need help deciding what to choose because there are so many options – and they are expensive, so we don’t want to waste money.
My goal is to make you feel that I am there with you, holding your hand and guiding you – helping you to understand in simple English, why you became unwell in the first place, and how to rebuild your health and reclaim your life step by step.
Writing the script, creating the images and the support resources has taken me 4 months of intensive work, so I am about to take a little holiday as I feel slightly burnt out from writing about burnout!
Then I shall begin the filming. After that, the films go to the lovely editor in Ireland… and then we have a program. I will share more as it takes shape.
