Quite often, I am asked to heal damaged nerves, neuralgia, cognitive decline and brain-fog in those with chronic fatigue. I use so much of this marvellous mushroom that I am now growing my own.
Did you know that under each foot-print sized piece of soil, lies 300 miles of mycelia (the roots of fungi), connecting every plant and tree of the forest like a great nervous system? It is called The Wood-Wide-Web. So too, mushrooms improve the connectivity within our brains, and even eating white button mushrooms just twice a week has been shown to help preserve cognitive function.(1)
Lion’s Mane helps to repair crushed nerves, reduce the symptoms of brain fog, restore memory, helps people to recover from nervous exhaustion and migraines associated therewith, and alleviate depression and anxiety.
