I am in the process of developing a course which offers an easy-to-follow program of self-care, including healing foods, restorative herbs, practical lifestyle tips, and clear guidance to help you understand how you may have reached this point, and how you can change your life to make a lasting recovery.

Many of you know that I’ve spent nearly three decades helping people to recover from chronic fatigue. Over that time, I’ve seen how significantly ongoing, everyday stress can affect our bodies — disrupting the nervous, adrenal, endocrine and immune systems to the point where health collapses into fatigue from which people don’t recover.

Time and again, my patients have told me the same story: after their GP has runs all the tests, they say, “There’s nothing wrong with you.” But the person knows that there is something very wrong. The usual advice — antidepressants, pacing, or graded exercise rarely brings real, lasting change.

I love using Nature to help people recover from this life-changing illness, and I want to make that support accessible to as many people as possible — at their own pace, in the comfort of their own home.
