Professional Advice Over the Counter
You are welcome to visit either of our herbal apothecaries for free advice from our team of highly qualified Medical Herbalists. For minor illnesses such as a head cold, or a cough, we will be very happy to give you a free over-the-counter consultation, and make up a herbal formula to suit your individual needs. A record will be kept of that prescription for future reference.
Private Consultations
Should you require more in depth support, we will advise that you book a private consultation with one of us in the adjoining treatment room. During a full consultation, the practitioner will focus on identifying the cause of the disorder, formulating a prescription and treatment program specifically for your individual needs.
Allergy and Nutritional Laboratory Tests
 We work very closely with one of the most highly respected private diagnostic laboratories in the world, to offer our patients a wide range of highly accurate allergy, nutritional, stool and hormonal diagnostic tests.
The tests will require a blood, breath, saliva, urine or stool sample. All samples, with the exception of the blood samples, may be collected within the privacy of your own home.
We can arrange for the blood samples to be taken either at our clinics or at the laboratory. All samples are then sent directly to the laboratory for analysis. Please click "Diagnostic Tests" for further information.

Acupuncture: Yiota Panayiotis trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and is a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). The BAcC is a professional regulatory body whose members are required to achieve a high standard of understanding in Chinese medicine and are bound by a recognised Code of Ethics.
Homeopathy: Poppy Altmann is a registered homeopath, licenced by the College of Practical Homeopathy. Homeopathy is a gentle system of medicine which aims to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms. It is ideal for use in pregnancy and for children. Holistic Therapy: Maureen McCloughlin draws on her knowledge of massage, reflexology, Thai foot massage, Jurlique organic skincare facial treatment, facial rejuvenation - the natural face lift massage, pregnancy massage, Indian Head massage, Hopi Earcandling to provide a wonderfully holistic experience.
CranioSacral Therapy: Paul Strode specialises in using this very gentle but amazingly effective technique for treating babies, children and horses! Paul is also a qualified Flower Essence practitioner and has his own range of flower remedies which have proven to be immensely effective and popular with his patients over the years.
Nutritional Therapy: In addition to being a high qualified nutritionist, Anne Razvi is also a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. This unique combination enables her to use simple yoga techniques, when appropriate, to enhance her personal health programmes. Sports Massage: Naomi Smart is an experienced sports injuries practitioner specialising in sports injury and musculoskeletal disorders, including spine and joint problems. As a final year Osteopathic student at the College of Osteopaths, she has extensive experience and knowledge in musculoskeletal problems.
