Calming Tea

As a result of lockdown, I am noticing that a lot of people are feeling trapped, very wound up, agitated and even depressed, so I want to suggest a herbal tea which can really take the edge off.

If you are feeling low – try Lemon balm with a sprig of Rosemary. Add a little honey for sweetness if you wish. Please don’t drink Rosemary if you are pregnant or epileptic. If you are feeling anxious, try lemon balm, Californian poppy and or fragrant Rose petals.

Why not take a moment as you drink your tea to simply tune into the birds? I always wonder what they are chattering about.
